I sat down beneath
An impossible tree
And thought to myself
How good it would be
If living were simple
And easy to do
Despite all the heartache
And hullabaloo
But sometimes it’s tricky
To visit the past
Trouble comes calling
Good times don’t last
So now I just float
Like a plume on the breeze
Away from the shade
Of impossible trees
